Does not work with Cacti 0.8.8c

Support does not responding to bugreport too.

Crashes

Not able to use it. It crashes when trying to authenticate against my Cacti installation.

IS it working?

Im able to connect to my cacti instance; able to drill down the graph tree but nothing appears on the graph page! Never! Ive tried to dump the traffic from cacti server and using the URL requested by the iCacti app on my Laptop browser I got nothing at all: I guess something in the URL is wrong. Please fix it: its not free of charge! My perfectly working cacti version in 0.8.7b

No update and no reply

With the last Cacti fix/release iCacti app is out! No reply from iCacti support. Not download it!!

Excellent App, even better feedback and support

This app requires nothing besides that you have cacti running somewhere that is accessible through the internet. I suppose you could also just use it internally if you wanted, but the point to me is to have access to this info anytime, anywhere. When I first tried the app I had some trouble getting it to read the data from my cacti instance. I contacted the developer and within moments he had written back to acknowledge me and we worked out that there was an issue which he corrected with version 1.1. After that, I discovered I still couldnt view the graphs I had setup. We worked together on it for a little while, I even set him up a separate user with limited permissions so he could log into my cacti instance. Turns out he discovered something in the way the version of cacti I was running differed in how it handled requests. He fixed it and allowed me the privilege of having a pre-release copy while he submits the fix to apple. I cant explain how great this application is at getting to your cacti graphs quickly, efficiently, and with style. The app performs perfectly for me now, and I love having this data at my fingertips at any moment. It also should be noted that the app looks really great, one of the best looking I have seen that handles server utilities like this. Really excellent, keep up the good work!

Nice app

The time range doesnt appear to work but the app is otherwise well done. Keep the updates coming.

Nice App

Great start and works well. Hope it eventually allows for tree structuring. It helps when you are monitoring a large number of devices.

Quite a nice adition, needs some polish

I had no trouble connecting to a private cacti box via VPN. My graph tree was instantly available and looked excellent. Imressive. So far so good. Selecting a different time range than 24 hour does not work however. Also, you cannot set a time range where the end point is not the present moment -- its impossible to look at from 4 to 6 pm two days ago, for instance. Finally, it would be nice, for hosts with many graphs, if the UI presented a list of those graphs instead of forcing the user to flip through them all, one by one. Or, at least make this in interface option the user can toggle on or off. Keep up the good work!

Does not support Web Auth!

Currently this app does not support Web Basic Authentication. If you are using this on your cacti server and cat change it to built-in, the app will not work. When it does support it, I will re-review it and hopefully give it a much higher score.

Gets the job done,

A must have application if you are already running a Cacti server on your network. I was able to connect and view the host graphs quickly and easily. I was not able to view graphs that werent associated to a host. Once that is fixed, include native iPad support and this would easily become a five star app!

Excellent.

This is basically a parser for cacti network monitoring web app. Works very well and is much more efficient than using safari. You can save multiple connections and monitor them seemlessly. This app has definitely made my life easier.

A must have for server admins!

This app is great for server admins. I just had to install and configure cacti on my server and the app connected without a glitch. Very impressed. Great job!!!!

The graphs won

same server but on iPad the graphs never show. please fix the bug.

Developer responsive, but missing key feature

Ive had a few emails back and forth with the developer and been very happy with the responsiveness to my questions. However, although this application allows access to all the graphs for a device, it REALLY needs to include a list of the graphs to choose from. Currently, when you select a device, you then have to flip through the graphs for that device, instead of being able to see a list and select a graph easily. If this and a few UI bugs (forgets you were in edit mode when you add a device, if it indicates there is a server error, it will then show you previous device listing for that instance, but will not let you view any graphs) were fixed, I would rate this 5 stars..

Usable in a pinch

This is a good app to see your graphs if you dont have a larger system or the time to log in via Safari. User interface is a little clunky, but it gets the job done.

Potential

Was able to connect to my cacti instance fairly easily but cant seem to get the graphs to load. Others reported the problem online but no real suggestions that could be followed. Would love to have a reasonable support doc that could walk me though common problems. Ill keep at it but ease of use is close but not quite there.

Thanks but still nothing

Thanks for the update but it is still not working. Gave one star for blank graphs on the iPad with multiple trees. I would love for this to work but it doesnt.

Never worked. Waste a time

Has never worked since I purchased it. Just crashes after trying to connect to my cacti instance.

Works great with CactiEZ

..and supports LDAP auth. This app is a great convenience.

Worthless.

Worked when I bought it, but not after an update and never since. The developer needs to step his game up.
