iCacti - Server Monitor App Reviews

Works but needs more features

It works fine at displaying graphs but thats it. I think the interface could be improved or a way to easily zoom into the graphs.

Very Handy

If you are a Cacti user and you use an IOS device, this app should be mandatory for you. It presents all of your Cacti graphs in a handy format thats made to look great on your device. Its a very nice looking app and the developers have been extremely helpful to me since I was having some problems getting it to work initially. I love it!

Great software and customer service!

I recently upgraded to a newer version of this application and received fantastic customer service! This application not only enhances the great functionality of Cacti, but is also developed by people who understand the human element of software.

Works Well, But...

Works well, but still lacks support for allowing authentication to Cacti if Cacti is configured for LDAP.

Yay it works!

Nice interface. Had bugs before - nicely fixed. Works very well now.

Solid

Handles multiple instances very well. Works consistently. Would be nice if it supported graphs outside of a graph tree and custom preferences like favorites. Still worth it by far though. Life would be sad without it.

Great App to Augment Cacti

This app continues to get better and better. Very nice, easy to read layout. The setup is extremely simple requiring no backed modification. I would highly recommend this App!

Nice addition to my apps

I manage a cacti environment with thousands of devices and this makes it a lot easier to stay in the loop on mobile devices. Keep up the good work!

WeatherMap

Hello, is it possible to add weathermap plugin to view maps thru iCacti? Also saving graphs locally or sending them by email will be good feature for me. On iPad version good feature to view two or more graphs at the same time to compare them. Favorites for graphs is also good feature like in browser. Sorry for my bad English :) Using CactiEZ app crashes

Simple, but relevant information

This has helped us tremendously n terms of modeling issues that impact our sites.

Perfect!

Ive been using this app for a few weeks and fell in love with it. Allows me to quickly see my graphs that I spent a while setting up and even supports the various plugins like thresholds! Todays update really excited me because my recent upgrade to Debian 7 left me unable to view my graph trees (Up until today I used my old web directory which fixed the issue). However I just updated iCacti and of course it works great with cacti fresh installed on Debian 7!!! Thank you for the continued updates really enjoy the app!

Yay

Its good

Very useful, but needs better stability&security

This makes it very easy to quickly check utilization graphs from anywhere. I use it daily, and it makes me better at my job. I wish it didnt crash so often (especially when loading a page with many graphs or when connectivity is sub-par). I also wish it would prompt me to ask what to do when the Cacti webservers SSL certificate cannot be verified. Right now it just quietly proceeds even if the certificate cannot be verified. Overall, well worth it.

Better than web GUI!

This is elegant and well implemented. I prefer using it over the the cacti web interface!

Awesome Cacti App

This app has saved me from always having to open my laptop just to quickly look at a graph or threshold. Love it.

Great app!

It could be even better if it supports SVG graphs. PNG graph is very blur on non-retina iPads.

Working great

Working much better than the Cacti Status app. It does exactly what I would expect it to do.

Love it but..

Love the app but just needs 1 UI tweak. I tried the app on the iPad and iPhone, the iphone interface is better. Why? Because it uses the full screen to view the data when landscape, the images can be small otherwise especially when using an iPad mini. Thanks, keep it up

Must have for Cacti users

This app makes Cacti useful on the iOS platform. Youll need to spend some time setting up your tree structure at the desktop prior to use, but this app presents the graphs quickly and elegantly, granting the user near instantaneous access to critical server/system data.

Dont bother

It doesnt work, just hangs while loading instance. Smh waste of money
